Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs
    2 c. flour
    1 1/2 c. vegetable oil
    2 1/2 c. sifted flour
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3 c. grated raw carrots
    1 c. chopped nuts (optional)
Preparation
    Beat eggs.
    Add sugar and oil; mix very well.
    Sift together dry ingredients; be generous with the cinnamon.
    Mix in.
    Stir in carrots and nuts.
    Pour into 3 prepared 9-inch round layer pans. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
    Or, bake in 2 Bundt pans (1 Bundt and 2 small loaves work, too) for 45 to 50 minutes.
    Check with a toothpick.
