Beefy Cheese Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients

16 oz. cream cheese, at room temperature
2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
2 Tbsp. finely chopped bell pepper
1 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
1/4 c. finely chopped dried beef
Chopped pecans for coating

Preparation

In a large mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese and the Cheddar cheese. Blend well.
Stir in the bell pepper, onion and dried beef.
Mix well.
Form into a ball.
Roll in chopped pecans. Chill.
