Andrews Fudges - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 c. oil
    3/4 c. cocoa (unsweetened)
    1/4 c. oil
    2 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    2 1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 1/2 c. chilled water
Preparation
    Place 2/3 cup oil and cocoa in a bowl.
    Add 1/4 cup oil and remaining ingredients.
    Beat all together until thoroughly mixed (batter will be thin).
    Pour in ungreased 9 x 13-inch or 11 x 17-inch pan.
    Spread evenly.
    Sprinkle over top of batter 1 cup chocolate chips (1 cup chopped nuts, optional).
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Test for doneness.
    Cool in pan.
    Cut in squares.
