Foolproof Cobbler - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. self-rising flour
    1 c. sugar
    3/4 c. milk
    1 stick butter or margarine
    1 1/2 c. fruit or fruit pie filling
Preparation
    Mix flour, sugar and milk in medium size mixing bowl, stirring only enough to thoroughly mix ingredients.
    Pour mixture into a deep 9-inch glass pie dish.
    Pour (do not stir in) melted butter or margarine evenly over the top of the mixture.
    Add fruit (without liquids) or pie filling, distributing it evenly over the top.
    Do not stir in fruit.
    At this point, you have 3 layers made up of the flour, sugar and milk mixture, the melted butter and the fruit.
