Dill Dip(For Veggies) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 c. mayonnaise
    2/3 c. sour cream
    1 Tbsp. dehydrated onion
    1 Tbsp. parsley
    1 tsp. dill weed
    1 tsp. Beau Monde or Bon Appetit seasoning
    1 c. plus 1 Tbsp. flour
    salt to taste (if desired)
    1 Tbsp. corn, peanut or vegetable oil
    3/4 c. beer, at room temperature
    2 Tbsp. lukewarm water
    1 egg, separated
    3 c. cooked rice
    1 1/4 c. minced onion
    2 tsp. Cajun seasoning (recipe tested with Tony Chachere's seasoning)
    1 1/2 c. light sour cream
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. light cream cheese, softened
Preparation
    In a large bowl, combine rice, onion, Cajun seasoning, sour cream and cream cheese.
    Blend with an electric mixer until smooth.
    Chill 8 hours or overnight.
    Serve with chips, crackers or raw vegetables.
    Makes about 6 cups.
