Baked German Potato Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. diced bacon
1 c. chopped celery
1 c. chopped onion
3 Tbsp. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2/3 c. sugar
2/3 c. cider vinegar
1 1/2 c. water
1/3 chopped fresh parsley
2 tsp. celery seed
2 qt. potatoes, boiled, peeled and sliced 1/8-inch thick
Preparation

Fry bacon until crisp.
Drain.
Measure drippings and add vegetable oil to make 1/4 cup (if necessary).
Return to skillet.
