Grandma York'S Hot Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. warm water (not too hot)
    1/2 c. shortening
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. salt (or to suit your taste)
    5 lb. straight flour
    1 pkg. yeast
    a little more sugar
Preparation
    Put
    yeast in a small bowl.
    Sprinkle a little sugar on it and put some warm water on it (not too hot or it will kill the yeast).
    Now,

    big\tpan and mix your salt, sugar, shortening\tand
    water.
    Add yeast into mixture.
    Start mixing in straight flour, a little at a time, until you get the dough where you can work or knead it down with your hands.
    Place in 2 greased bowls (approximately 1/8 cup of melted shortening in each
    bowl). Turn dough over in bowls and place in refrigerator.
