Caramel Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    7 qt. popped corn
    2 c. brown sugar
    1 c. butter
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. white syrup
    1/2 c. dark syrup
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. soda
Preparation
    Mix sugar, butter sand syrups in a saucepan.
    Cook 5 minutes. Remove from heat and add soda, salt and vanilla.
    Mix well.
    Put popped corn in large pan.
    Pour mixture over corn and mix real well.
    Bake in 200\u00b0 oven for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes. Add nuts, if desired.
