Ingredients

1/2 c. diced tomatoes
1 pizza shell (pkg. or frozen)
1 pkg. shredded cheese
1 Tbsp. olive oil
grated Parmesan cheese
1 green pepper, sliced
1 red pepper, sliced
1 large onion, sliced
1 can crushed tomatoes with chilies
1 tsp. basil
1 tsp. oregano
2 c. shredded lettuce
1/4 c. sliced black olives
1 jar pizza sauce
1 can refried beans
Preparation

On the prepared pizza shell, drizzle the olive oil and sprinkle on the Parmesan cheese.
Spoon on the pizza sauce, enough to cover the pizza.
In a bowl, place the sliced onion and peppers and microwave until slightly soft.
Arrange them on the pizza shell along with the black olives.
Sprinkle on the crushed tomatoes with green chilies.
Spoon on the refried beans.
Sprinkle on the shredded cheese and herbs.
Bake at 450\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
Remove from oven and sprinkle on shredded lettuce and diced tomatoes. Enjoy!
