Lentil Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. lentils
    6 c. water
    1 Tbsp. salt
    2 stalks celery
    1 medium onion
    1 1/2 c. tomatoes
    dash of pepper
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    3 wieners
Preparation
    Wash lentils; place in kettle with water and salt.
    Cover and simmer 45 minutes.
    Add remaining ingredients except wieners. Simmer 30 minutes.
    Chop wieners and add to soup; cook wieners through.
    Serve.
