Caraway Skillet Slaw - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 slices bacon
    1/4 c. vinegar
    2 Tbsp. sliced green onion
    1 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    4 c. shredded cabbage
    1 tsp. caraway seed
Preparation
    In skillet, cook bacon until crisp.
    Remove bacon, drain and crumble.
    Measure 1/2 cup bacon drippings and return to skillet. Add vinegar, onion, sugar and salt.
    Heat thoroughly.
    Add cabbage and caraway seed to skillet.
    Toss lightly.
    Top with bacon. Makes six servings.
