Crab Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. fresh or canned crab meat
    1 1/2 c. milk
    4 Tbsp. butter
    1 medium green pepper, chopped
    1 medium onion, chopped
    2 oz. Worcestershire sauce
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1 tsp. salt
    1 egg
    pepper to taste
    cracker meal or fine bread crumbs
Preparation
    Saute green pepper and onion in butter.
    Add mustard, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper.
    Blend in flour, using wooden spoon or wire whisk.
    Add crab meat.
    Chill thoroughly. Form into cakes, 1-inch thick.
    Dip cakes in cracker meal, then in beaten eggs, then in bread crumbs.
    Fry in deep fat until nicely browned.
    Drain on absorbent paper.
