Chinese Spareribs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 slab pork spareribs, cut in 3 sections
1 Tbsp. catsup
3 Tbsp. white wine
1/4 c. soy sauce
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
Preparation

Marinate ribs in a mixture of the catsup, wine, soy sauce, cinnamon and garlic powder for 2 to 3 hours or longer.
Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until meat is cooked.
