Freezer Slaw - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 extra large cabbage head, chopped fine
1 tsp. ground mustard
1 tsp. celery seed
2 1/2 tsp. salt
1 extra large carrot, grated
1 large sweet pepper, chopped
1/4 c. vinegar
1 c. white sugar
Preparation

Add cabbage, ground mustard, celery seed, salt, carrots and sweet peppers together and let juices drain for 1 hour.
Press often to get all the juice out.
Mix vinegar and white sugar; boil for 1 minute.
Cool to lukewarm when time is up mix together to pack to freeze.
