Swedish Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb ground beef
    1 tsp garlic salt
    1 egg
    1 tsp dried parsley
    1 med onion
    1 c bread crumbs
    1 tsp season salt
    1 can cream of mushroom
Preparation
    Mix eggs, meat, onion, season salt, garlic salt, parsley and bread crumbs together. Roll into balls and fry until half done. Stir in cream of mushroom, add 1/2 can milk. Let simmer 20 minutes or until done. Serve with rice or noodles.
