Cheese Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 oz. shredded mild cheddar
    12 oz. shredded American cheese
    12 oz. cream cheese
    12 oz. evaporated milk
    1/4 to 1/2 c. of chopped Jalapeno peppers
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    1 tsp. ground red pepper
    1/2 c. chopped pecans or walnuts
Preparation
    Allow cream cheese to soften. Mix all ingredients except the nuts. Place in freezer and allow dip to become firm. Spread onto plate and cover with nuts. Allow to chill 2 to 4 hours.
