Broccoli Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium onion, chopped
    2 ribs celery, chopped
    1 1/2 sticks butter, divided
    1 jar Cheez Whiz
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. raw rice, cooked
    1 large pkg. chopped broccoli, cooked and drained
    1 can water chestnuts, drained and chopped
    Ritz crackers, crushed
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Saute onion and celery in one stick of butter; add Cheez Whiz and soups.
    Melt slowly.
    Add rice, broccoli and water chestnuts.
    Cover with crushed cracker crumbs and drizzle with 1/2 stick butter over top.
    Bake until bubbly. Freezes well.
