Golden Au Gratin Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed cream of chicken soup (undiluted)
    1 (8 oz.) cup sour cream
    3/4 c. butter or margarine, melted and divided
    3 Tbsp. dried minced onion
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 (32 oz.) pkg. frozen Southern style hash brown potatoes, thawed
    2 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    2 1/2 c. crushed cornflakes
Preparation
    In a large bowl, combine soup, sour cream, 1/2 cup butter, onion and salt.
    Stir in potatoes and cheese.
    Transfer to a greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish.
    Toss cornflakes and remaining butter; sprinkle over potatoes.
    Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes or until heated through.
    Yield: 8 to 10 servings.
