Honey Bran Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. yeast, dissolved in 1 c. warm water
    1 c. All-Bran
    3/4 c. boiling water
    3/4 c. honey
    1/4 tsp. baking soda
    1 c. shortening
    2 eggs
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    5 1/2 to 6 c. flour
Preparation
    Mix All-Bran, shortening and boiling water and allow shortening to melt.
    In separate bowl, beat well the eggs, honey, salt and soda.
    Combine all ingredients and add flour.
    let rise in bowl 1 1/2 hours.
    Place in 2 large or 3 medium greased loaf pans and let rise for 1 hour.
    Bake at 350\u00b0, medium loaves for approximately 30 minutes and large loaves for about 40 minutes.
