Baked Apple Pork Chops - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 pork chops
salt to taste
1/4 tsp. sage
4 or more apples, peeled and wedged
1/4 c. brown sugar
2 Tbsp. flour
1 c. hot water
1 tsp. vinegar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation

Brown chops and place in baking dish. Sprinkle with salt and sage.
Lay apple wedges over top. Sprinkle with brown sugar and cinnamon.
Make gravy with flour and drippings, adding water, vinegar and salt to taste.
Stir until thick.
Pour over chops and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
