Ingredients

1 chopped clove garlic
1 1/2 c. cooked, diced chicken
1 pkg. refrigerated biscuit dough
2 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
3 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
2/3 c. tomato sauce
2 Tbsp. oregano
2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation

In a frying pan, combine garlic, green pepper and butter. Cook slowly until soft.
Add tomato sauce; heat.
Add chicken and oregano.
Separate biscuit dough.
Halve each slice.
Place on a greased baking dish.
Spread mixture on each biscuit.
Sprinkle with cheese.
Bake at 425\u00b0 for 10 minutes until brown.
Serve immediately.
Yields 20 pieces.
