Fudge(Homemade) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 tsp. butter
    3 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 1/2 c. milk
    4 to 5 Tbsp. cocoa
    1 c. walnuts or pecans
Preparation
    Heat to a boil all but the vanilla, nuts and butter.
    Make it a rolling type boil for about 30 minutes.
    Test at 15 or 20 minutes.
    Do not stir as it makes it too sugary, just clean sides of boiling syrup with a spoon.
