Chili Cheese Burgers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c sour cream
    1/2 t chili powder
    1 1/2 t salt
    1 lb ground beef
    1/2 can green chilies, drained, seeded and chopped
    1 c shredded monterey jack or cheddar cheese
    1/4 t cumin seed, crushed
    1/8 t pepper
Preparation
    Combine sour cream, chili powder and 1/2 teaspoon salt; set aside.
    Mix beef, chilies, cheese, 1 t salt, cumin and pepper. Shape into 4 patties.
    Broil 8-10 minutes on each side. Top each patty with 2 T sour cream.
