Brunch - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 slices bread, crumbled
    1 lb. sausage
    1 c. Cheddar cheese
    6 eggs
    2 c. milk
    1 tsp. mustard
    1 Tbsp. salt and pepper
Preparation
    Prepare ahead 4 slices bread crumbled.
    Place on bottom of a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
    Brown and drain sausage.
    Spoon meat over bread.
    Sprinkle Cheddar cheese over mixture.
    Beat eggs, milk, mustard, salt and pepper together and pour over bread and meat mixture.
    Bake 35 to 40 minutes at 350\u00b0.
