Potato And Pea Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. cooked green peas
    1 can or 8 to 10 small whole potatoes, cooked
    1/3 c. margarine
    1/3 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 3/4 c. milk
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1 c. soft bread crumbs
    1/2 c. grated cheese
Preparation
    Make white sauce by combining margarine, flour, salt, pepper and milk.
    Cook until thickened.
    Pour over peas and potatoes in casserole dish.
    Toss bread crumbs in melted butter.
    Add cheese for topping.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
