Turtle Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 German chocolate SuperMoist cake mix
    3 eggs
    oil
    1 bag Kraft caramels
    1 c. chocolate chips
    1 c. pecans, chopped
    2/3 c. evaporated milk
    powdered sugar (to sprinkle)
Preparation
    Prepare cake mix as directed, using eggs and oil according to package directions.
    Pour half the mix into a greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
