Banana Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 real ripe bananas
2 whole eggs
1 c. orange juice
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. allspice
1 tsp. nutmeg
3/4 c. canola oil
Preparation

Mix all ingredients well.
(If no orange juice is available, use water, not milk as milk makes bread heavy.) Cook in a glass loaf pan at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or when an inserted toothpick comes out clean.
