Sausage Peanut Pilaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. pork sausage
    1 c. chopped celery
    1/2 c. onion, chopped
    1 c. cooked rice, drained
    1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
    1/4 c. chopped pepper
    1/3 c. salted peanuts, chopped
    6 to 8 stuffed green olives, sliced
Preparation
    Cook sausage until brown.
    Add celery and onion; cook 3 minutes.
    Pour off excess drippings.
    Add cooked rice, soup and pepper to sausage mixture.
    Pour into a 1-quart casserole dish. Sprinkle with peanuts.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Serve topped with sliced olives.
