Stuffed Cabbage Rolls In Slow Cooker - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium green cabbage
    1 lb. ground meat (turkey, beef, vegiburger)
    1/4 c. raw converted rice
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    1 medium onion, grated
    1 medium carrot, grated
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. malt vinegar
    1/2 c. brown sugar, firmly packed
    1 c. tomato sauce
Preparation
    Drop cabbage into a large kettle of boiling water and cook 4 to 8 minutes or until outer leaves come off easily.
    Drain and cool. (Cabbage can also be cooked by placing in a large plastic bag and putting in microwave on High for about 5 minutes.)
    Remove outer leaves (8 to 10).
    Shave a little off the stem area of leaf to make them easier to roll.
