Busy-Night Breakfast Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. mild ground pork sausage
    1/2 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen shredded hash browns
    1 c. (4 oz.) shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
    6 large eggs, beaten
    3/4 c. milk
    3/4 tsp. dry mustard
    1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
Preparation
    Brown sausage in a large skillet, stirring until it crumbles and is no longer pink. Drain. Layer potatoes, sausage and cheese in a greased 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
