Chocolate Chip Cookies(For Diabetics) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sifted flour
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. butter
    4 tsp. liquid sugar substitute
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1 egg, beaten
    1/2 c. (3 oz.) semi-sweet chocolate pieces
Preparation
    Stir together the dry ingredients.
    Cream butter.
    Add sugar substitute, vanilla and egg, blending well.
    Stir in chocolate pieces.
    Drop by level teaspoonfuls onto a lightly greased baking sheet.
    Bake in preheated oven at 375\u00b0 for eight to ten minutes. Yields 3 dozen.
