Cranberry Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. cranberries
2 tart apples
1 orange and rind
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 large pkg. lemon jello
1 c. nuts (if desired)
Preparation

Grind fruit
together.\tAdd
sugar
and let stand.
Mix jello. When it begins to set, add the fruit mixture and nuts. Chill until firm.
