Graham Cracker Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. crushed graham crackers
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. butter
    2 c. scalded milk
    1/2 c. sugar
    3 well beaten egg yolks
    1 Tbsp. gelatin
    1/4 c. water
    1 c. cream, whipped
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix crushed crackers and sugar and butter; press into a rectangle dish for 10 to 15 minutes and cool.
    Scald milk and add sugar and beaten yolks.
    Cook until spoon is coated.
    Remove from fire and add gelatin softened in 1/4 cup cold water.
    Cool and add whipped cream and vanilla.
    Pour into baked crust and sprinkle a few crumbs on top.
    Place in refrigerator for several hours.
