Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. Wesson oil
    2 c. white sugar
    3 eggs
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1 c. chopped walnuts
    2 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. flour
    2 c. shredded carrots
    1 (9 oz.) can crushed pineapple
    1 can coconut
Preparation
    Cream sugar and oil together, add eggs and mix.
    Add dry ingredients and the rest of the ingredients.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 55 to 60 minutes.
    After baked and cooled, spread with frosting.
