Dipper'S Nuggets - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 whole broiler-fryer breasts, skinned, boned and cut into 1 x 1/2-inch nuggets (6 nuggets to each half of 12 to 14 oz. breast)
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 c. water
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    3 Tbsp. sesame seed
    1 c. flour
    1 to 1 1/2 pt. corn oil
Preparation
    Mix eggs, water, salt, sesame seed and flour into a batter. Heat corn oil over medium heat in a heavy, sturdy, flat-bottomed 3-quart saucepan or deep fryer, filling utensil no more than 1/3 full.
    Heat over medium heat to 375\u00b0.
