Turkey Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. barley
    2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
    1/4 c. water
    2 Tbsp. dry mustard
    3 Tbsp. cider vinegar
    3/4 lb. ground turkey breast
    1/3 c. chopped green onions
    1 egg
    4 cloves garlic
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
Preparation
    In 1 cup water, soak barley overnight.
    Drain.
    Combine tomato sauce, water, mustard and vinegar.
    Combine barley, ground turkey, onions, egg, garlic, pepper and 1/2 cup sauce.
    Mix thoroughly and arrange in loaf pan.
    Pour additional 1/2 cup sauce over top.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Serve with remaining sauce.
    Not essential to soak barley but more tender.
