Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. baking powder
    3/4 tsp. baking soda
    2 c. shredded zucchini
    1 c. chopped nuts
    1 c. raisins
    3 eggs
    1 c. oil
Preparation
    In large bowl, stir all dry ingredients.
    Beat eggs and oil together.
    Pour over flour mixture and stir until all is moistened.
    Turn into greased loaf pans (two 8 x 4-inches).
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 75 minutes.
