Chocolate-Cinnamon Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 3/4 c. skim milk
    3/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/3 c. unsweetened cocoa powder
    3 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/8 tsp. salt
Preparation
    In saucepan, heat 2 cups milk and the cinnamon until hot.
    In another pan, mix sugar, cocoa, cornstarch and salt.
    Blend in remaining 3/4 cup milk and add to hot milk.
    Over medium-low heat, stir until boiling.
    Over low heat, cook 1 minute, stirring constantly.
    Pour into dishes.
    Chill.
    Makes 4 servings. Contains 183 calories per serving.
