Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1 c. salad oil
    3 diced apples (Winesap)
    1 c. chopped nuts
    2 1/2 c. flour
    3/4 tsp. cinnamon
    1 pkg. butterscotch chips
Preparation
    Mix sugar, eggs and oil.
    Add dry ingredients.
    Mix well while adding apples and nuts.
    Pour into greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Sprinkle butterscotch chips over top of batter.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until brown.
