Flank Steak And Spinach - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. flank steak, thinly sliced
    1 pkg. frozen spinach, drain well
    1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1/4 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Mix spinach, cheese and sour cream. Spread mixture on one side of steak. Roll up and secure with a toothpick.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes. (2 carbs.)
