"Brunch Eggs" - cooking recipe
Ingredients

12 thin slices Canadian bacon
3 (4 oz. pkg.) shredded Swiss cheese
12 large eggs
1 c. whipping cream
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/3 c. parmesan cheese
1 tsp. paprika
1/4 c. chopped fresh parsley
Preparation

Place bacon in a single layer in a lightly greased 9 x 13 baking dish. Sprinkle with Swiss cheese, cover and chill. Break eggs over cheese, spacing evenly. Pour whipping cream over eggs and sprinkle with salt, pepper and paprika. Bake in a 425\u00b0 preheated oven for 10 minutes.
