Asparagus Ham Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 spears fresh asparagus
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    1 c. milk
    4 (1 oz.) slices cooked ham
    1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Place fish fillets in baking dish.
    Sprinkle with salt, pepper, paprika and onion powder.
    Lay 1 layer of fish fillets, then 1 layer of sliced tart apples.
    Squeeze lemon juice over apples.
    Make another layer as above.
    Bake for 20 minutes in a 350\u00b0 oven.
