Glazed Fruited Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (29 oz.) jar mixed fruits
2/3 c. mayonnaise
1 (7 oz.) pkg. herb stuffing
1 broiler-fryer chicken, cut in parts or 8 chicken cutlets
1/2 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
1 (12 oz.) jar orange marmalade
Preparation

Drain fruit; set aside, reserving 2/3 cup liquid.
Stir reserved liquid into mayonnaise; stir constantly over medium heat until mixture boils.
Add stuffing; spread in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
