Ham And Cheese Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 slices bread
    12 slices ham (deli)
    grated Cheddar cheese (or your favorite cheese)
    4 eggs
    2 1/2 c. milk
    salt and pepper to taste
    minced onion
    paprika
Preparation
    Remove crusts from bread.
    Layer in a 9 x 12-inch pan the bread, then the ham and the cheese.
    Beat eggs, add rest of ingredients, pour over bread, ham and cheese.
    Let stand overnight.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 1/4 hours in a pan of water. Serves 12.
