Chicken Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 4 chicken breasts
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 large or 2 small carrots, cubed
    2 stalks celery, chopped
    salt
    pepper
    meat or cheese tortellini
    cooked rice (optional)
    1 Tbsp. poultry seasoning
    water
    1 can chopped tomatoes
Preparation
    Clean chicken, removing fat.
    Put in large stockpot.
    Add celery, carrots, onion, salt, pepper, poultry seasoning and water to cover chicken.
    Put cover on pot.
    Boil 2 to 3 hours, adding water as it evaporates.
    Remove chicken to plate. Skim water to remove brown particles. Debone chicken. Cut some of the meat and return to pot. Add tortellini and rice (optional).
    Add tomatoes (optional).
    Other pastas may be added, if desired.
