Aunt Maurie'S Chicken And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 chicken breasts (boneless)
    2 c. rice
    1 c. water
    2 cans cream of chicken soup
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Place uncooked rice in 9 x 12-inch casserole dish.
    Mix 1 cup water and 1/2 can soup.
    Pour over rice.
    Place chicken pieces on top.
    Spread remaining 1 1/2 cans soup over top.
    Do not dilute. Bake 1 1/2 hours, covered, at 350\u00b0.
