Cheddar Filled Beef Roll - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1-1/2 lb. ground chuck
    1 egg
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. bread crumbs
    2 Tbsp. barbecue sauce
    1 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
    1/4 c. dry bread crumbs
    2 Tbsp. water
Preparation
    Combine first 5 ingredients together and mix well.
    Pat meat mixture into an 14 x 8 rectangle on foil or wax paper.
    Combine cheese, bread crumbs, green pepper and water and spread over meat mixture.
    Roll meat up, starting at narrow end.
    Chill several hours or overnight.
    Slice into 6 to 8 servings.
    Lay flat in shallow pan or cookie sheet and bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
