Lemon Chicken Fettuccine With Snow Peas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 oz. fettuccine (uncooked)
    1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut in 1-inch pieces
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 1/4 c. chicken broth
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
    2 c. fresh (about 6 oz.) snow pea pods, tips and strings removed
    2 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
Preparation
    Cook pasta according to package directions; drain.
