Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. cooked and diced chicken
    3 stalks celery, diced
    1 c. pineapple tidbits, drained
    1 c. mandarin oranges, drained
    1/2 c. chopped sweet peppers (red, green or yellow)
    low-fat, light French dressing to taste
Preparation
    Toss together all ingredients.
    Add a dash of lemon juice. Onion may be added. Chill before serving.
