Pineapple Nut Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. all-purpose flour
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. bananas, mashed
1 c. nuts
2 tsp. vanilla
3 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 c. oil
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
Preparation

Combine dry ingredients.
Stir in nuts and set aside.
Combine eggs, oil, vanilla, pineapple and bananas.
Add to dry ingredients until moist.
Pour into 2 loaf pans and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 5 minutes.
Cool 10 minutes and remove from pan.
